About DPMC

Dublin Property Management Co. was formed in 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, DPMC has evolved from a small side hustle managing a couple of properties for friends and family into a thriving business that has partnered with 90+ property owners, the doors of which, 2,500 guests and tenants have walked through to find a place they can call home. The DPMC brings a combined 50 years of expertise in the Irish property market in building, developing and the letting of both private and commercial properties.

​​DPMC specializes in both long and short term property management services for property owners in the Greater Dublin area with a primary business objective of maximising rental income whilst growing the longterm value of your property investment. Whether it's a single house or a block of 50 apartments, our team is on hand to provide busy landlords with a seamless, stress-free rental experience.

DPMC offers a full range of short and longterm rental packages (we typically deploy a hybrid of both) for property owners and each package is tailored to suit individual needs. We provide full-service, end to end management of the property and can look after everything from getting the right tenants in at the right time and navigating stubborn legal requirements, to managing the day to day upkeep of the property and the delivery of timely financial reporting at the end of each month.

Longterm Property Management

At the heart of our business is the complete full-service management of rental properties for private landlords. Our goal is simple, to maximise passive and hassle-free income for you from your property investments.

 

The service includes everything from sourcing and vetting suitable and respectful tenants to handling lease agreements and registering tenancies with the relevant authorities such as the PRTB. We handle all day to day communication with tenants on your behalf. For maintenance issues, our dedicated handyman is on standby to address simple repairs promptly. For more specialised problems, we have a network of reliable contractors to tackle plumbing, electrical and security problems.

 

Finally, our team is also equipped to handle short and longterm redecoration projects and property upgrades for you to maximise your property’s rental potential in the longterm.

Short and Midterm Letting

There may be periods when your property is vacant in between tenants or periods of renovation. Our team will be on hand to maximise revenue during these periods by listing your property on multiple OTA’s like Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. We utilise creative A/B testing to write compelling property descriptions along with eye catching photos taken by a professional photographer. Brand new to their surroundings, we recognize the importance of communication in the short stay guest experience. Our team are in constant communication with guests on the platform of their choice (email, WhatsApp or directly on the various OTA communication portals).

 

Our AI-driven pricing management software is designed to give our hosts the best possible rate for every single night of the year. It factors in seasonality, local competition, events and performance history into consideration.

 

Our guest experience team look after and automate the entire short stay process - from the initial booking inquiry right through to check out and departure. We deliver timely fresh linen, towels and cleaning products on guest departure so that the property can be spotlessly turned around by our cleaning time for your next guest. This is all executed to hotel standard and inline with all Irish short letting health and safety guidelines.
